To participate in The First Bancorp's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, your shares must be registered directly with the Company in your name. If your shares are held at your brokerage firm or other custodian, you should check with them regarding availability for your shares.
This Plan is not available to residents of Arizona, California or Georgia. Residents of Florida have a three-day right of rescission and can rescind their participation by mailing or faxing the Company during that period.
